Traveler Booking Terms
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost per person is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour.
1.2. If booked more than 90 days prior to departure, you will have 48 hours to cancel without penalty once confirmation notification is sent. If booked within 90 days of departure, your booking becomes non-refundable upon confirmation.
1.3. The balance must be paid in full by 60 days prior to departure. Failure to make full payment by this date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
1.4. Inclusions & Exclusions. Unless otherwise specified, the price of your Booking includes:

Otherwise, the price of your booking does not include any other services or products, and excludes without limitation, the following:

International or internal flights unless specified

Optional activities and all personal expenses

2. Cancellation & Refunds
2.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to bianca@queenbtravels.com.
2.2. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than [60] days before departure: full refund, excluding the deposit.
- Between 60 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund, excluding the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
2.3. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided they meet all conditions and the request is made at least 30 days before departure.
2.4. If you are unable to obtain a China tourist visa for any reason, you may receive a full refund, provided you inform bianca@queenbtravels.com of the situation 60 days or more prior to the trip start date.
3. Travel Insurance
3.1. Comprehensive travel insurance is not included in the purchase of the group trip.

4. Travel Documents
4.1. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after the trip) and any necessary visas for entry into China.
4.2. We B Trippin' is not responsible for any delays, fines, or refusals of entry resulting from incorrect or missing travel documents.
5. Itinerary & Changes
5.1. The itinerary provided is subject to change due to local circumstances, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen events. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary at our discretion.
5.2. Any changes made will aim to preserve the overall quality and experience of the trip.
5.3. No refunds will be provided for any alterations made to the itinerary for reasons beyond our control.
6. Health & Fitness
6.1. Participants must be in good health and capable of participating in low level physical activities including walking and navigating uneven terrain.
6.2. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor prior to the trip to ensure you are fit for travel.
6.3. You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee all special requests.

7. Liability
7.1. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularity that may be caused by third-party service providers (such as hotels, transportation providers, guides, etc.) during the trip.
7.2. We are not liable for any expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, cancellations, or changes in flight or other travel arrangements.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or similar events.
8.2. In the event of force majeure, we will offer alternatives or a rescheduled trip. Refunds will not be provided in these cases.
9. Code of Conduct
9.1. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner throughout the tour.
9.2. Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or any actions that endanger the safety of the group will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

10. Photography & Media
10.1. By participating in this tour, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and grant permission for these images to be used for promotional purposes.
10.2. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please notify us in writing prior to departure.
11. Complaints
11.1. Any complaints regarding the tour should be communicated immediately to the host so they can be addressed.
11.2. If a satisfactory solution is not found, complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour’s completion.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
